Bubbly and talkative. Kind hearted and friendly. Always tries to keep a positive attitude. Deeply values the well being of her friends and family. Can be childish and impulsive at times. Regularly daydreams. Has a somewhat low self-esteem, often feeling that she’s too dependent on others, doesn’t fit in, or that she’s always the problem. As a result, she prefers to either spend her time with other people or do solo activities that can completely occupy her mind. She is deathly afraid of being alone and does anything she can to distract herself from her own thoughts.
She grew up with her older sister Lily under the household of middle class parents in the moderately sized city of Auden, Vermont. Throughout her early childhood she didn’t perform well academically and also struggled to fit in with her peers, being perceived as weird or annoying. She was most often noted by her teachers to particularly be impulsive, have difficulty focusing, but very imaginative. As a result she began to isolate herself and limit how much she expresses herself.
This continued until middle school, when she began to copy the behaviors and force herself to learn about whatever was popular around her classmates. This worked, allowing her to make what she considered friends, but they never felt genuine from her side and she rarely ever felt a true connection with most of them. This filled her heavily with guilt and further fueled her self hatred and loneliness despite having active relationships.
This emotional burden and stress lingered on well past her youth, but she found better ways to cope and manage with it, enough to build friendships she truly valued and meet people with similar problems as her own, though they were very few and far. She became a lot more accepting of the way her mind is, but dealing with the turmoil and distress it causes, especially when alone, was at times and still is unbearable.
After finishing community college, she decided to live with her older sister in hopes of eventually getting a long term career so she can move out and financially sustain herself. She had been working various jobs until the apocalypse started.
